Many of our trainers also have advanced degrees in exercise science or related fields.

Additionally, our team undergoes continuous professional development to stay on top of the latest fitness trends and scientific advancements. Rest assured, you are in capable hands.

Results are completely dependent on how well you stick to the plan. Most clients within the first 2-4 weeks start to feel more energised and focussed. It’s usually in the 2nd month where they start to see changes.

A lot of the coaching tools we use are designed to make positive lifestyle changes from day 1, so we hope you see results from the very beginning.

The amount of weight you can expect to lose varies depending on factors like your starting point, commitment level, and how closely you follow the program. On average, most clients can expect to lose 0.5 to 1 kilogram per week with a combination of proper nutrition and consistent exercise.

It’s important to remember that weight loss is a gradual process, and our focus is on helping you achieve sustainable results. We prioritize healthy, long-term changes over quick fixes, ensuring that the weight you lose stays off for good.

A beginner’s weight loss program at mytrainer.ae is designed to be both effective and approachable, focusing on sustainable changes that fit into your lifestyle. We start with an initial consultation to understand your current fitness level, dietary habits, and weight loss goals.

From there, we create a personalized plan that includes a balanced mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and a tailored nutrition plan. The workouts are structured to gradually increase in intensity as you progress, ensuring that you build confidence and see results without feeling overwhelmed.

Absolutely! One of the key benefits of personal training is the motivation and accountability that comes with having a dedicated coach by your side. At mytrainer.ae, our trainers are not only experts in fitness but also skilled motivators who will keep you inspired and committed to your goals.

We tailor our approach to your individual needs, providing encouragement, setting realistic milestones, and celebrating your successes, no matter how small. With a personal trainer, you’re never alone on your fitness journey—we’re here to support you every step of the way.

For optimal results we advise clients to train 3-5x times per week. Anything less than this will most likely produce little to no results.

We do a detailed nutrition overview with each client and provide nutrition support inline with your health & fitness goals.

Please note: We do not provide a diet plan, however we will give you suggested calorie and macronutrients targets based on your goals and activity levels.

For optimal results, we recommend having access to basic gym equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio machines. However, we understand that not everyone has access to a gym or equipment, which is why we can also design workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment or even no equipment at all.

Yes, lifting weights is highly beneficial for women and is an essential part of a balanced fitness program. Strength training helps to build lean muscle, which increases your metabolism and supports healthy weight management. It also improves bone density, reduces the risk of injury, and enhances overall physical strength, making daily activities easier.

At mytrainer.ae, we tailor our strength training programs to your specific goals, whether you want to tone up, build muscle, or simply feel stronger. Rest assured, lifting weights won’t make you bulky—instead, it will help you achieve a toned, fit physique.

We take your health and safety seriously. Before starting any fitness program, we conduct a thorough assessment of your medical history, current fitness level, and any existing injuries or conditions. We then tailor your program to accommodate your needs and ensure a safe and effective approach to exercise.

It is not essential to have access to a gym however we do advise you have access to some gym equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, as well as some options for cardio.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all Personal Training sessions.

Failure to cancel sessions within the 24 hour period will result in a charged session.

To reschedule a session you must also give 24 hours notice to your trainer in order to check their availability and arrange their schedule.

Please note: Rescheduling sessions are subject to trainer availability only.

Life happens, and we understand. If you need to take a break due to travel or illness, you can pause your package for the following periods:

  • 7 Day pause on all 4 week packages.
  • 14 Day pause on all 12 week packages.

⚠️ Each pause period would be a 7 day pause.

To pause your package please complete the following form. After reviewing your request we will extend the end date of your package to accommodate the paused period.

Absolutely! We understand that each individual has unique preferences and goals. If you feel the need for a change in coaching style or specialization, we are more than happy to accommodate your request.

Our priority is ensuring you receive the best support and guidance on your fitness journey. Simply reach out to us, and we will work together to find the right coach who aligns with your preferences and fitness objectives.

We provide various tools and methods for tracking progress inside of our coaching app, including workout logs, progress photos, measurements, and performance metrics. We’ll work together to establish clear benchmarks and milestones to monitor your progress along the way.

Absolutely! When you refer a friend (or family member) who joins our coaching program, we’ll show our appreciation by adding 2x complimentary sessions (Valued at 550 AED) on to the end of your current package.

It’s our way of saying thank you for being an integral part of our community and helping us grow. We’d much rather give back to our loyal clients instead of putting it towards our marketing spend.

  2. Customized Plan: Based on the information you provide, your coach will design a personalized workout and nutrition plan. This plan will be available on the client app, with detailed instructions and video demonstrations for each exercise.

  3. Communication: Regular communication with your coach is key. You’ll have scheduled check-ins via messages, video calls, or phone calls to discuss your progress, make adjustments to your plan, and address any questions or concerns.

  4. Progress Tracking: The app allows you to log your workouts, track your nutrition, and monitor your progress. Your coach will review your logs and provide feedback and motivation to keep you on track.

  5. Support and Motivation: Besides the structured check-ins, you can reach out to your coach for support and motivation whenever you need it. The app might also include community features where you can connect with other clients for additional encouragement.

  6. Flexibility and Convenience: Online coaching gives you the flexibility to work out on your own schedule, without the need to meet in person. Whether you’re at home, in the gym, or traveling, you can access your plan and stay on track with your fitness goals.
