The main goal of the initial session is to understand your individual needs and preferences. We will discuss your health & fitness goals, current fitness level, medical history, and any limitations or injuries you may have.

We then use this information to develop a personalized fitness plan and determine the best course of action for you.

It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get to know the trainer before you commence any sessions.

For 1-on-1 Personal Training, we offer various options to accommodate your needs and schedule:

Our trainers are highly qualified and bring a wealth of expertise to guide you on your fitness journey. Each trainer holds industry-recognized certifications such as Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Many of our trainers also have advanced degrees in exercise science or related fields. Additionally, our team undergoes continuous professional development to stay on top of the latest fitness trends and scientific advancements. Rest assured, you are in capable hands.

Results are completely dependent on how well you stick to the plan. Most clients within the first 2-4 weeks start to feel more energised and focussed. It’s usually in the 2nd month where they start to see changes.

A lot of the coaching tools we use are designed to make positive lifestyle changes from day 1, so we hope you see results from the very beginning.

For optimal results we advise clients to train 3-5x times per week. Anything less than this will most likely produce little to no results.

Yes, we do a detailed nutrition overview with each client and provide nutrition support inline with your health & fitness goals.

Please note: We do not provide a diet plan, however we will give you suggested calorie and macronutrients targets based on your goals and activity levels.

Yes we have fully certified coaches who are competent to work with specific medical conditions and injury rehabilitation.

Please mention the specific details to the trainer on your consultation and please consult with your doctor before commencing a training plan.

It is not essential to have access to a gym however we do advise you have access to some gym equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, as well as some options for cardio.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all Personal Training sessions. Failure to cancel sessions within the 24 hour period will result in a charged session.

To reschedule a session you must also give 24 hours notice to your trainer in order to check their availability and arrange their schedule.

Please note: Rescheduling sessions are subject to trainer availability only.

Life happens, and we understand. If you need to take a break due to travel or illness, you can pause your package for up to a maximum of 2 weeks.

*Each pause period lasts for 7 days.

To pause your package please complete the following form. After reviewing your request we will extend the end date of your package to accommodate the paused period.

Absolutely! We understand that each individual has unique preferences and goals. If you feel the need for a change in coaching style or specialization, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. Our priority is ensuring you receive the best support and guidance on your fitness journey. Simply Reach Out To Us, and we will work together to find the right coach who aligns with your preferences and fitness objectives.

Absolutely! When you refer a friend (or family member) who joins our coaching program, we’ll show our appreciation by adding 2x complimentary sessions (Valued at 550 AED) on to the end of your current package. It’s our way of saying thank you for being an integral part of our community and helping us grow. We’d much rather give back to our loyal clients instead of putting it towards our marketing spend.
